Rejection by the People of Villa Clara of the Visit by the Chargé d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy
The people of Villa Clara express their firm rejection of the visit by the Chargé d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy in Cuba, Mr. Mike Hammer, who has attempted to turn our land into a stage for manipulation and mercenarism, blatantly violating international laws and the principles of sovereignty.
With a strategy bordering on the ridiculous, Hammer has sought to buy loyalties with trinkets and empty promises, as if the people of Villa Clara could be fooled with chewing gum, promotional stickers, and liquidation agendas. His visit is nothing more than a grotesque spectacle of interference, where unscrupulous mercenaries—poorly disguised as “fighters”—scramble for crumbs in exchange for betraying their homeland.
But Villa Clara is not for sale. Here, we are not fooled by fake smiles or hypocritical rhetoric. We know that behind every “gesture of goodwill” lies an agenda of destabilization and subversion, funded by a government that has never accepted Cuba’s independence.
